Wangsa Amanah began as a small chambers in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, founded by practitioners who had spent years in civil litigation and estate law. The name itself — Amanah, meaning trust and responsibility — captures the founding principle: that families deserve legal counsel they can rely upon during what are often difficult and emotionally charged circumstances.
Over the years, the practice grew steadily through referrals from satisfied families, expanding to cover the full scope of inheritance law as practised in Malaysia. The team developed particular depth in navigating the dual-track nature of Malaysian estate law — civil proceedings for non-Muslim estates and Syariah processes for Muslim families — and in bridging both with plain, considerate communication.
Today, Wangsa Amanah advises individuals and families from across the Klang Valley on matters ranging from straightforward will drafting to complex disputed estates. Principal Solicitor
Called to the Malaysian Bar in 2011, Raihana has focused exclusively on estate and inheritance law since 2013. She leads the practice's probate and administration work and is known for her measured, reassuring manner with clients.
